Excellent and efficient service. We bought a property that will need to be renovated. We were told that it would take at least a year to get proposals and applications sorted. I was wondering whether it would be worthwhile getting a tenant in to help with expenses while we are waiting, as well as occupying the property to deter unwelcome visitors. CPPM was fantastic in their advice, keeping costs down and getting a tenant in surprisingly quickly.

Amazing stress free experience. Charlotte Peterswald had managed my investment property for many years so using them to sell was a natural choice. Great experience. The application process was proactive, quick, and clear, which saved my time and efforts in communicating.My agent really cares for my needs via providing useful advices during my lease transfer period and preparing a good rental condition.They also did maintenance and repairs in accordance to the outcome of condition reports.They have a good system to record the status of rental fee and of job request regarding repairs and maintenance.
