Declan has been involved in the business since birth, being a baby in the office while Liz worked her magic. Declan has been actively working for CPPM Property Management and Sales since 2017 and became the youngest Assistant Property Manager at age 16. Declan shows potential tenants through our available properties, assists with administrative tasks and has started learning parts of the accounting side of the business.
